SLS Brickell Hotel and Residences is a new pre construction development in the heart of Brickell. The 51-story tower will be located at 1300 South Miami Avenue and will include 450 condo units and 133 hotel rooms.SLS Brickell will also include meeting space, a spa, two pools and more than 10,000 square feet of restaurants, lounges and bars. Apartments will range from 717 square feet to 1,505 square feet, with one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, three-bedrooms and penthouses. The hotel will go up to the 9th floor, where there will be an elevated pool, spa deck, and amenities such as the HYDE Bar and Lounge and CIEL Spa. The residential units will be from the 10th to the 51st floors and will have 11 units per floor.
